In his capacity as an educator, Dean spent the last 18 years researching, writing and delivering Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism courses and programs for Seneca, Humber & Lambton Colleges in Ontario.

Dean currently is Senior Program Director for Faculty Learning & Development with the Georgian College Toronto campus in the Marketing Management, Global Business Management, Business Management, post graduate programs in Toronto. And Executive Vice President of CIMMO, Charter Institute for Marketing Management of Ontario, a NFP organization working with colleges and universities to accredit ethical marketing programs into curriculum.

Dean’s latest initiative started in 2023 called “Synergy Summit” 2024 initiatives are:

• Connecting Industry “change makers” with faculty “thought leaders” to collaborate & revise current programs to better equip students with the soft/ essential and technical skills industry is demanding.

• Connect these NFPs with post-secondary institutions to provide scholarships to these new Canadians so they can have the opportunity to upskill in our post-secondary institutions in their chosen career path.

• To provide customized industry specific and accredited training for organizations in targeted geographic areas
